Our Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and our employees. As a business, The Dorschel Automotive Group is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities, daily, using EPA registered viricidal agents.
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site.
  • Waiting areas with seating spaced out for social distancing
  • An appointment only sales process that allows customers to take delivery of a new vehicle with reduced exposure.
  • In vehicle protection including disposabe seat covers, disposable steering wheel covers and using EPA registered viricidal disinfectants to wipe down common touchpoints.
  • Allowing customers to drop off vehicles, for service, to eliminate unnecessary exposure.
  • Providing our employees with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other employees and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our employees to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
